All bookings are subject to availability and require a deposit to secure the reservation. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and is non-refundable unless SoundWave Studios cancels the session. Full payment is due upon completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit. SoundWave Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of any deposits paid or offer an alternative booking time.
The intellectual property rights to all recordings made at SoundWave Studios remain with the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. SoundWave Studios retains the right to use excerpts of recordings for promotional purposes, unless explicitly prohibited by the client. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our clients to do the same. Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permissions for any copyrighted material used in their recordings.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled sessions and for providing all necessary materials, such as backing tracks, scripts, and instruments. Clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully while on the premises of SoundWave Studios. SoundWave Studios reserves the right to terminate a session if a client's behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
SoundWave Studios is not liable for any loss or damage to client’s personal belongings or equipment while on the premises. We are not responsible for any delays or interruptions in service caused by factors beyond our control, such as power outages or equipment malfunctions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered. Clients are encouraged to obtain their own insurance to cover any potential losses or damages.
SoundWave Studios respects the confidentiality of our clients' projects. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client's consent, unless required by law. Our staff is trained to maintain the privacy and security of client data. We utilize secure storage and backup systems to protect your valuable recordings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.
SoundWave Studios reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
